DATP Tutorial

Introduction

This tutorial takes you step by step through building pipelines and developing steps using DATP, and can usually be completed within a few hours.

By the time you've finished you will have a good understanding of the situations where DATP can provide huge benefits, and the places where it is simply overkill.

For the sake of simplicity we'll use Docker and Microsoft's Visual Studio Code (VSCode), to reduce the amount of setup and remove the potential for misconfiguring your machine. If you wish to run DATP and your application natively on your machine, there is a section under Advanced Topics that explains how to do that.
